With Sheryl Neetz, Realtor Extraordinaire, you will get much more than simply someone who will sell you a house. Whether your interest is in purchasing a family home, a project to “flip” or an investment property, Sheryl’s vast experience in all aspects of property sales and development will ensure that you get the best property at the best price. Working as a licensed realtor since 2010, Sheryl has been a medallion winner and in the top 2% of realtors for volume sold in the Fraser Valley for the past five years.
Sheryl’s passion for both interior and landscape design allows her to see potential in even the roughest diamonds—seeing beyond the surface challenges a potential property presents can be one of the most difficult aspects of shopping for a home. From country charm to minimalist modern, Sheryl can help you with solutions to making a home “yours”. Her artistic eye lends itself not only to her professional endeavours, but also as a keen potter, sewer, gardener and painter in her leisure time. Sheryl’s own experience of transforming her nine acre hobby farm into an oasis for friends and animals alike means that she knows from personal experience how to optimise a property to truly make it your home.
As a working mother of two gorgeous girls, Sheryl knows the value that having the right property to suit your life holds. In her “spare” time, she also loves to surf, snowboard, experiment in the kitchen and enjoy time with the fantastic family and friends in her life. Her move into real estate, from a background as a landscape gardener and then a commercial buyer, was a natural one. Working alongside her husband and best friend, Doug Neetz, was the perfect way to learn all about being an outstanding realtor from the best. Real estate has allowed Sheryl to combine two of her great loves: shopping and negotiating!
Sheryl combines aggressive, creative negotiating skills with her passion for design to bring you the ideal service in buying property. Above all this, Sheryl’s favourite part of the job is the relationships she forges with her clients, new and old.
